U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration

DEA is a part of the United States government. It stops, or prevents illegal drug trade in the United States. It was established July 1, 1973 and it enforces federal drug laws. MET's are Mobile Enforcement Teams that dismantle and attack drug trafficking. In 2005, the DEA affected the drug trade by confiscating over 447 million dollars of drugs.

Specific jobs that are under the DEA:
Special agent, Diversion investigator, Chemists and fingerprinting, and many more.
